Meet Kylie Jane...

Kylie Jane is an Acrylic and Alcohol Ink artist. She works from her home studio in Brisbane and loves radiating happiness and colour throughout her work.

Kylie grew up in Melbourne where her love for art flourished at a young age and by 19 years old she was selling her artwork at the local market. Kylie won the school Acquisitive award for art and to this day her work still proudly hangs in the school office.

Kylie gained a love for interiors and art growing up through watching her dad run his own building business, where she took a close interest in the interior finishes and colour scheme component.

Together with her love for interiors and art, Kylie worked in a boutique homewares store whilst studying Visual Merchandising, and it is here that she noticed her Co-worker selling artwork in the store which inspired Kylie to do the same.

Kylie’s background in graphic design, interior decorating and visual merchandising have provided her with the knowledge and skills to create beautiful colour combinations in her art. Her work is structured, yet the background is generally free flowing with each colour placed carefully to create the perfect composition.

As an emerging Australia Artist, Kylie prides herself on making people smile with her soft soul yet vibrant, cheeky personality. Kylies art is full of emotion which pours out from within her onto her work.

Kylie loves Coffee, Interior Trends, laughing with girlfriends, Pina Coladas, helping people in need and her two little boys Jake and cheeky Archie!
